Redefining Workplace Well-being: Strategies Against Burnout

This free 1-hour workshop focuses on workplace stress, burnout, and achieving balance, with special attention to the current, rapidly changing work environment. Participants will learn about the signs of burnout, effective stress management techniques, and the importance of self-care. Through interactive activities, they will acquire psychological tools and techniques to better handle workplace pressure and improve their workplace well-being.
